All the information on how to best care for your Starzup items is on the label.
If you have a problem, please fill in our contact form with the subject of your request. We will answer you and help you as soon as possible.
You will find a full sizing guide on the page of each item. If you have any doubts, please send us an email and we will advise you.


Please allow 1 to 4 working days for your items to be shipped.
Once your package has been dispatched, it is possible that the carrier may have a logistical problem and your order may be delayed. These incidents are unfortunately beyond our control. However, please do not hesitate to contact us if you encounter a problem with your delivery and we will get in touch with the carrier on your behalf to get answers to your questions and release your order.
You can of course return it to us within 14 days of receipt of your order by contacting us via the contact form; the original packaging must be intact and the labels must still be on the product. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Our items are delivered by Colissimo, Mondial Relay and Chronopost and the carriers send an email once the order is confirmed, with a tracking link.
We serve the following states: France, Belgium, Switzerland, Spain, Germany, Luxembourg, Italy, Andorra, United Kingdom, Monaco, Netherlands, Austria, Portugal, Ireland, Denmark, Estonia, Hungary, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia and Sweden. Each payment is made via Paypal or Payplug, which are two secure platforms.
You will receive a confirmation email within minutes of your payment.
It depends on your bank, it can take 1 to 3 weeks maximum.
